Shipping fee is not yet included on the final price when you check out or purchase here in our store as we can’t set a fixed shipping fee on our product. Shipping costs vary depending on a variety of factors, from package measurements, shipment type, weight, location, and more. Once these variables are calculated, a carrier will put a price on your shipment.

We can ship your order via LBC COP (cash on pickup) or COD, JRS or via Shopee Checkout (+4% on product cost).

For Pre-orders, it would take 3 to 6 months before the item arrives from other countries to the Philippines. Once we received your order from our supplier we will ship it using your preferred courier service and it would take several days based from your location.

• Luzon – 1 to 3 days
• Visayas – 4 to 7 days
• Mindanao – 4 to 7 days

This is the standard delivery time of our courier services, but this can be affected by lot of factors as well.

Send a proof of payment (downpayment or full payment) either screenshot or photo on our Facebook page or via email at [email protected]. Then upon confirmation we’ll mark your order as partially paid or completed if you paid in full. Then you just have to wait for your item to arrived and we’ll have it shipped to your doorstep.

We’ll notify you via email or text when you order has arrived on our supplier, then you can settle your remaining balance 2 weeks before we received the item. Once you have paid your item in full, we are going to ship it right away through your preferred courier service.

Pre-order is when we released a new product offer provided by our supplier. These offers usually arrives in the Philippines in 3 to 6 months time and for you to secure a slot or reserve an item, you have to deposit the required minimum downpayment. For example if an item cost 720 Pesos. We asked for at least 200 peso downpayment and you can pay the remaining balance once we have received the item from the supplier.

Pre-order extra slots is a section in our website where you can find previous months’ offers that was already ended, but somehow we manage to secure a few slots that our customers can still purchase for pre-order price. To check these items, head over to this link.

3 to 6 months. For every pre-order item, you can check its release date and estimated time of arrival here in the Philippines. This is subjected to changes and can delayed for some reasons.

We are based from Dau, Mabalacat, Pampanga.

We don’t have Physical store, but we can ship nationwide using different courier services.

We accept G Cash, Pay Maya, BDO, Unionbank, PayPal and Credit Card. There’s additional 5% fees for PayPal and Credit card payments and we only accept this payment method for full payment.

Downpayment is non refundable. Once you have placed an order on our website, we will also submit your order on our supplier to reserve a slot for the figure that you’ve pre-ordered. Cancellation of your order means we have to settle that full amount with our supplier using our own money.
